Clemson Tiger Basketball Ga. State Preview

So, the mighty Panthers are coming off of a crushing loss against the Iowa Hawkeyes, 101-59. The Panthers are currently pushing a 4-6 record on an uphill battle for the Colonial Athletic Conference Championship and stand 0-1 in conference play. They are lead by a group of players (Rashad Chase, Lance Perique, Leonard Mendez, Ron Larris, Kevin Lott, and a host of nameless, faceless others who will be proudly wearing the blue and black of Ga. St.) ranging in heights from 6-4 to 6-8 and their 5-10 point guard. Larris. Chase is the lone proven player, as he was all-rookie Colonial Conference last year. To be fair, the Panthers were without their forward/center Justin Billingslea for the first semester, as he was academically ineligible. He will be playing in his second game tomorrow, as first semester is now over. He scored 7 in his return against Iowa.

The Tigers have not played any common opponents as of yet, but will be playing FSU and GT after this match-up with Ga. St. The Tigers need to continue their tough OPD (Defense) to stop the Panthers from scoring, moving , and dribbling. Because the Tigers will force the opposition to stand still and just throw the ball around without scoring, they will win handily.

Prediction: 90-63.
