Clemson Tigers Take on Mississippi State

11/21/2006, Littlejohn Coliseum, Clemson, SC-

The Tigers escaped with a 69-66 win against the Bulldogs. Most importantly, the Tigers held Jamont Gordon to just 9 points, though he averaged 16 ppg last season.

I was live-blogging it last year and might do the same again this year.

This year in MSSt.'s one game against La. Tech, Gordon scored 21 points, while the younger, not at tall, nor crazy-eyed Hansbrough scored 11.

11/15/2007- The Hump, Humphrey Arena, Starkville, MS-

It is going to be a tough game as the Bulldogs are looking to improve in a conference in which other teams outshine and overshadow them, and hopefully earn their way into the NCAA tournament.---Does this sound familiar?

It is. OP has the Tigers poised to do the same. The Tigers return 83% of their scoring and 91% of their rebounding. Tomorrow's game should be a test to see if the loss of VH outweighs the addition of Demontez Stitt, Terrence Oglesby, and Jerai Grant. Or is it that experience trumps inexperience?

I don't know.

Go Tigers!
